Yoga Inbound

Yoga Inbound Barcelona is a non-profit organisation that is part of the Yoga Inbound Association. Their goals are to incorporate yogic practices, philosophy and lifestyle habits into daily life; to discover how yoga works at a deep and internal level and learn how to transmit it, and to preserve the traditional practice of yoga according to the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. The Yoga Inbound school doesn't understand yoga as a sport but as a path of self-knowledge.

A holistic, practical and free of dogmatism, Yoga Inbound covers all areas of yoga: the postures, philosophy, ethical principles, anatomy, adjustments, meditation, pranayama, mantras, injury prevention and recovery, nutrition, etc. At Yoga Inbound, you'll be able to incorporate yoga in a practical way into all aspects of life, regardless of your profession, ideology or conviction. Their approach to yoga is scientific, universal, intuitive and free of dogmatism.

Yoga Inbound offers courses and training to those wishing to deepen their personal practice or train as a yoga teacher. The school specialises in teacher training, and its courses will help students understand yoga in all its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions.

The Yoga Inbound training includes a refined study of postures, their sequencing, modifications, and their pronunciation as well as specialised classes in anatomy applied to yoga, inner work and emotional management, mantras and pranayamas, food for yoga, and yoga psychology.

Try a week of unlimited classes for €10 at Yoga Inbound and join practices of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Mysore Yoga. Yoga Inbound offers a full class schedule from Monday to Friday, with a duration of 60 to 90 minutes. The classes are mostly taught in Spanish, but a few teachers speak English if anything needs clarification.
